You can make your booking online up until 72 hours prior to your requested pick up time. Our customer service department will contact you within 48 hours from the time of your booking request with confirmation or rejection respectively. At the time of your booking you will be charged a deposit 20 % of the total price in order to guarantee your booking.
Each vehicle class is provided with the information about maximum passenger and luggage capacity. Each passenger can have one piece of luggage up to 23 kg plus one piece of hand luggage L:56 cm X H:45 cm X W:25 cm up to 10 kg. If you wish to carry more baggage please contact us prior your arrival/departure (extra charges may occur). Transportation of extra passengers and luggage is not allowed.
Children are considered passengers, child seats must be booked in advance specifying the age and weight of the baby/child. For the safety of you and your children please ensure that you provide the correct information. Child seats are provided free of charge.
All prices are in Euros and are per vehicle not per person. Road tolls, parking costs, ferry tickets and taxes are included in the price. Out of hours pick-up and drop off (after 21:00 pm and before 08:00 am) will incur an extra charge of €15, applicable to both inbound and outbound transfers.
The balance of payment will be collected locally by the driver before your journey starts.
Your deposit will be fully refunded if you submit a cancellation request at least 3 days (72 hours) prior to your arrival. For no shows or cancellation requests received later than 3 days (72 hours) prior to your arrival, the deposit is non-refundable.
We check your flight status online and get information about your landing time. To ensure that we have the right information, in case of a flight delay please contact us and report the delay and your new estimated arrival time. The driver will wait for up to 1 hour after the arranged time at no extra charge. If your flight is delayed by up to 3 hours we will charge 15 euros for every hour the driver waits. Delays of more than 3 hours will require you to contact us on your arrival, Potos Tours will try, but cannot guarantee, to satisfy your booking if this does not cause any conflict with any other bookings we may have. Your driver will meet you at the arrivals gate, he will have a sign with your name. We will have also provide the drivers name and phone number prior to your arrival. If for any reason you fail to make contact with the driver please remain calm and call us on the following number: 0030 25930 52071.
Smoking is prohibited in the vehicle. The consumption of alcohol and food is also forbidden.
Pets are allowed with an additional charge of €25 per route but must be declared at the time of reservation and must be carried in appropriate cages. The cage must be no larger than 55cm in length, 40cm in height and 23cm in width or 40cm in length x 25cm in height x 25cm.
The driver has the right to refuse service if any of the above terms are not met, or if passengers are rude and or unruly. If service is refused your deposit will not be refunded.
Upon booking you are asked to pay a deposit. We accept all major credit cards and debit cards. Visa Credit Card, Visa Debit Card, Mastercard, Maestro and AmEx. When you meet your driver, you can pay by cash.
