The fastest way to reach Thassos Island is to fly to Kavala International Airport “Alexander the Great” (KVA) in Chrysoupoli, take a 15-minute taxi (€20-25) to Keramoti port, then board the 35-40-minute ferry to Limenas (Thassos Town) – total airport-to-island time around 1 hour. From Thessaloniki (SKG), the cheapest route is the KTEL bus to Kavala plus the connecting ferry, costing under €25 total.
