It's important that you find a keep a contact telephone number of your rental car company at the time of booking in case you can't or are unable to find the representative of the company.

Which Car Hire Office has the Longest Queues?

Most of the larger car hire companies that own a front desk at the airport insist on a first come first served basis. This means that if you are unlucky enough to be the last person to receive their bags from the carousel you'll probably be looking at a long queue. This issue is compounded by the fact that the biggest international companies ask for deposits or credit cards which slows down the whole process. It is advisable to send the drivers to collect the car while the rest of the group picks up the luggage.

Whereas the big international companies offer shuttle services to their parking areas via mini bus, Potos car rental deliver the cars straight to the airport, a mere 10 meters from the arrivals hall.

Which Car Hire Company Should I Choose?

As with most services like this, the choice of company is often vast, with many perks and offers to select from.
